The space
Take a long walk on the beach in the sunset or early in the sunrise, teach your little ones to swim, or just play with them in the water right under the house’s garden, take a swim anytime of the day, or just relax under the pine trees by reading or simply taking an afternoon siesta, listening to the relaxing sea waves and enjoy that refreshing sea breeze feeling. This amazing beach front private house is situated in a lush green environment, with a beautiful garden and a fantastic sea view. It is ideal for family vacation, calmness, tranquility and relaxation. There is a small dock right in front of the house for boat owners, a barbecue and private parking on-site. The house is situated on the coast of Vourvourou, which is a unique seafront place with a lush green backdrop, a mountain of pine trees. Unlike similar properties at the area, what makes this property stand out, is that it is privately fenced and you do not get to share the garden and yard with anyone else. Most importantly, there is direct and private access to the beach from the garden by the stone stairs. We believe that our home is the perfect choice to spend quality time in a lush green pine trees garden overlooking a calm, magnificent beach.

Seeing yourself here already? Ok, here are the practicalities. The style of the house is traditional and basic, however it provides all the necessary amenities. There is a bedroom with a double bed (1,60 x 2,00) and a big living room with a couch that turns into a very comfy double bed (1,40 x 2,00) and two other sofa beds very comfy for sleeping. The house is ideal for relaxation and enjoying the unique sea view garden and the beach right in front of the house. It is the perfect choice for families, particularly with children and babies. There is private access from the garden to the beach and outdoor garden shower, so that you can rinse off after enjoying your swimming. The property is ideal for those who wish to fish everyday, go scuba-diving and surfing. There is a stone built barbecue at the yard, with a built-in kitchenette, a fridge and a big dining table on the veranda above the beach. The total property is 400 m² and the house is 65 m².
Vourvourou is a beautiful and truly unique holiday place overlooking a cluster of small islands with magnificent waters and beaches, which you can visit by renting a boat or you can just visit the magnificent nearby beaches by car. You can also take the mount Athos day cruise from the nearby small, graphic port of Ormos Panagias. Or simply enjoy the quiet beach just below the house and just a few steps from the garden. Quiet and peaceful surroundings and neighborhood.

As per local legislation requirements that govern short-term rentals, guests will be required to inform about full name and passport number upon arrival. Guests are kindly requested to respect the tranquility and peacefulness of the surrounding area. Also, to respect and protect the natural environment. Guests are also kindly requested to not lay down/sit on the beds, sofas and outdoors furniture with sun tanning oil on, as fabrics may be permanently destroyed. Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas.
