These Add a Listing Terms of Service (“Listing Terms”) apply to any individual or entity (“Advertiser”) who uses the paid listing feature (the “Listing Service”) to list a business or a rental on the HALKIDIKI.TIPS business directory (“Halkidiki.tips”) by submitting ads, photos, descriptions, data, or other information (“Content”) in connection with a listing.
These Listing Terms apply in addition to the General Terms of Service and form with them together a legally binding contract between an Advertiser and HALKIDIKI.TIPS.
(a) You have all necessary authority, rights and permissions to post your listings using the Listing Service, including, without limitation, all content, photos, data, text, and other materials contained therein, on Halkidiki.tips;
(b) In case of an advertised property, you have the right to rent it and the property is eligible to be listed using the Listing Service, meaning the property is an apartment, house, villa or a hotel room;
(c) You will not use the Listing Service or the Halkidiki.tips service for any fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive activity;
(d) All Content that you provide to Halkidiki.tips and everything in your listing, including without limitation, any photos or text description, is truthful, accurate and complete and comply with all local, state and federal laws and regulations;
(e) All Content that you provide to Halkidiki.tips does not and will not infringe or misappropriate any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent or any other intellectual property or other right of any third party, including any rights of privacy or publicity;
(f) You are solely responsible for any and all listings you add using the Listing Service, and all ads, photos, descriptions, data, or other information you submit to the Halkidiki.tips;
You may not use this website to offer any unlawful or prohibited services. You are responsible for knowing and following all local, state-wide or national laws, rules and regulations regarding your services. We reserve the right to permanently block your access to this website if We find that you have been offering and/or conducting illegal services through this website.
By submitting ads, photos, descriptions, data, or other information to the Halkidiki.tips website in connection with a listing, You hereby grant to Halkidiki.tips a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, fully transferable, fully sublicenseable right and license to copy, modify, display, distribute, perform, create derivative works from, store, and otherwise use and exploit all such Content in any form, media, software or technology of any kind now existing or developed in the future.
Uploading copyrighted or other proprietary material of any kind on the Halkidiki.tips website without the express permission of the owner of that material is prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
You agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold Halkidiki.tips harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, demands or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from:
(a) any distribution, publication, refusal to publish, removal, deletion, movement, editing or other use of the Content or Reference Information You provide;
(b) your use of the Halkidiki.tips website or any reliance on the content of this website;
(c) your breach of these Terms of Service or
(d) any actual, prospective or terminated sale, rent or other transaction between You and a third party.
Halkidiki.tips will permit You to post your business information and your service advertisement on this website in exchange for your payment of a annual fee. There are no refunds. In the event that Halkidiki.tips chooses to increase rates, you will be notified about such increase at least thirty (30) days in advance and you may elect to terminate the service prior to such increase becoming effective by contacting Halkidiki.tips by email. All payments shall be made in Euro.
In most cases, listings added using the Listing Service will appear on the Halkidiki.tips website within 24 hours of a submission.
Halkidiki.tips does not make and expressly disclaims any and all representations and warranties to you regarding the Listing Service, including, without limitation, any representations or warranties that you will sell the listed product or service or rent the listed property, only receive legitimate inquiries or solicitations from qualified renters, or receive any inquiries regarding the listed property, product or service.
If Halkidiki.tips determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that you are engaging in any unfair, deceptive, false, misleading or fraudulent practices, or that your listing violates any laws or guidelines, Halkidiki.tips reserves the right to reject or immediately remove your listing from the Halkidiki.tips business directory without notice and without liability.
Halkidiki.tips reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to monitor, refuse to publish, remove, delete, move or edit any Content without notice, at any time for any reason. By using the Halkidiki.tips website, You expressly agree that Halkidiki.tips:
(a) will not be liable for any claims, actions or judgments arising out of or related to any Content and
(b) may monitor, refuse to publish, remove, delete, move or edit any Content without notice at any time for any reason, without liability and without providing a refund.
We reserve the right to keep all records of any and all transactions and communications between You and the Customer or a Service Provider through our website for Service Outlet administration purposes or for other legal purposes.
You further expressly agree that You are solely responsible for any and all Content You submit to the HALKIDIKI.TIPS website.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Halkidiki.tips. If you terminate your account, you remain obligated to pay all outstanding fees, if any, incurred prior to termination relating to your use of the Listing Services.
Because we are a neutral venue, We are not responsible for resolving any disputes between You and the Customer or a Service Provider regarding Services. All disputes must be resolved between You and the Customer or a Service Provider and You agree to release us from any and all liability associated therewith.
You agree to defend and hold Halkidiki.tips harmless from any claims, cost, expenses, losses, demands, damages, legal fees and costs, penalties, and/or liabilities of any kind or nature, resulting from or relating in any way to Customer or Service Provider changes or cancellations, or the operation of Your business, including use of this website.
You further agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Us against any claims asserted or threatened against Us by a Customer or a Service Provider related to or arising in any way out of your breach of warranties or representations, Services, operation of Your business, use of our website, or failure to provide scheduled Services. We may defend any such claim, at our option, and You must pay our attorney fees and costs. This indemnity will continue in full force after expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Halkidiki.tips takes matters of privacy and information seriously, and endeavors to maintain the privacy and security of any and all such information that you provide to Halkidiki.tips in accordance with its Privacy Notice.
